1. Acceptance
By joining the waitlist or using Aproov you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
Aproov is a marketplace that introduces startup founders to creators willing to promote their products. We facilitate the introduction; the deal itself is between you and the other party.
3. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for any activity on your account.
4. Acceptable use
- No spam, scraping, or automated abuse.
- No misleading claims about your audience, product, or results.
- No illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
5. Deals between users
Aproov is not a party to any deal you make with another user. Disclose sponsored content according to your local advertising rules (FTC, ASA, AEPD, etc.).
6. Termination
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee specific results from any deal.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email.
