1. Who we are

Aproov ("we", "us") operates a two-sided marketplace that matches startup founders with creators. This policy explains what data we collect and what we do with it.

2. What we collect

Email address (always required).
Account type (founder or creator).
For founders: startup name, URL, the deal types you'd like to offer, and access duration.
For creators: main platform, audience size range, and topic interests.
Timestamp of when you joined the waitlist.

3. How we use it

To contact you about your waitlist position and product launch.
To match founders with relevant creators (and vice-versa).
To improve the product.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Where it's stored

Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL, EU region). Access is restricted to authorized team members.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@aproov.com. Under GDPR you also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

6. Cookies

We use only essential first-party storage required for the site to function. We do not run third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
